God has been helping us in our little church over the past few months.  These children usually attend our Sunday evening Kid's Club and have become a part of our church family.  They are a blessing to us, and we are praying that God will send us more little ones and families in the upcoming days.  As I have been teaching our Kid's Club children ~ God commands us to, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15).  Every one of us has a job to do.  We must be faithful to witness and bring lost souls to Christ!  Who will tell them if we don't?

*I added the picture of the roses since they are so beautiful.  It was a total surprise, which made this Mama's heart happy!  Thank you, Nathan!  I love you!

There is Joy in Serving Jesus!

Spring has arrived following a few late snow storms.  The trees are budding; crocuses, daffodils and tulips are blooming; and the grass is green and growing.  Rain has been making frequent visits to help all the new growth to flourish and beautify God's creation.  Yes, I enjoy this time of year!  Soon the garden will be cultivated and the seeds planted to gather in some good wholesome vegetables!  I cannot wait!  I love fresh garden produce!  The store "stuff" just does not compare!

We enjoyed Revival services at our church with Rev. and Mrs. Wallace Thornton, Sr. recently.  What a blessing they were to us!  We really appreciated the wonderful singing and sermons throughout the week!  God was speaking to hearts during the services.  We are praying these lost souls will mind God and seek Him for deliverance from their sins.  God is waiting and gently knocking at their heart's door; they just need to open it and submit their lives to Him.

We also had a special service Easter Sunday evening.  Most of the children who attend our church come to the evening service, so we thought it best to have the service then.  We had good attendance with some new ones present.  God is helping us as we endeavor to reach lost souls.  If you think of us and the little church we are presently pastoring, please pray.  We need God's guidance and help each and every day.  We want to be a shining light in the community!

Hope you all are having a Happy Spring, but more importantly, are having a wonderful time serving Jesus!  He is coming soon!  We must be ready!
